All of our web hosting plans carry an
unconditional 30 day money-back guarantee, allowing you to sign up with Efficient
Hosting virtually risk-free.
In the unlikely event that a problem should arise, we will do everything in our
power to resolve it to your satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied
with the quality of our service, you may e-mail us a refund request at any time
during the first 30 days following account activation. On receiving such a request,
we will immediately cancel your account and refund your first month's subscription
(minus any charges for domain name registration, account "add-ons" and "overages"
- see below).
Unfortunately, once domain names have been registered they cannot be cancelled,
so we are unable to refund the costs of your domain registration. Instead, you
will retain full ownership of your chosen domain and you will be free to use it with
other web hosts in the future.
For all but the Professional Plan, we charge separately
for domain registration so the full first month's hosting charge will be refunded.
Under the Professional Plan, we will still refund most
of the first month's charge, but will need to retain an amount equal to our normal
charge for domain registration.
Charges for any account "add-ons" or "overages" are non-refundable. Examples would
be extra data transfer, extra disk space, additional e-mail POP accounts or the
parking or pointing of additional domains names.
No refunds will be paid in respect of any account found to have broken any of
our Terms Of Service. This includes the promotion of
sites using unsolicited e-mail or other forms of "spamming".
After the first 30 days have elapsed you are, of course, still free to cancel
your account at any time and no further charges will be made. We do not require
a period of notice for cancellation, but we are unable to refund for any
partially expired months of service which have already been charged for. |
