If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your account simply contact us saying which plan you would like to change to and we will convert your account and adjust your future billing appropriately.
There is no set up fee for converting your account from one plan type to another.
You can add disk space to your existing plan at a price of 2 pounds per month for each additional 20MB block. But please bear in mind that it can often be more cost effective to upgrade to a larger standardised plan.

Accounts can be converted and upgraded seamlessly, so there should be no need for you to re-upload your site or re-enter any of your account settings after an upgrade or downgrade has gone through. |
