We prefer our clients to pay monthly in advance by credit or debit card.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Delta, JCB and Solo cards. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express cards at this time.
Monthly credit/debit card payments will be taken on (approximately) the same date each month and monthly receipts will be sent by e-mail.
We also accept monthly payment by standing order.
If you prefer to pay by cheque, money order or bank transfer then we require a full year's hosting fee to be paid in advance. This is to minimise the need to send out renewal notices and reminders. We don't normally offer a discount for paying annually in advance as billing monthly by credit card or standing order does have the advantage that payment can be fully automated.
We will refund for any unused complete months if you should later decide to cancel.
If you opt to pay monthly by credit/debit card then the first month's charge will automatically be set to include the charge for domain registration, if appropriate. If you opt to pay monthly by standing order then we will require a separate payment (by cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer) to meet any domain registration fee.
If you choose to pay other than by credit or debit card then your order will not be processed until your first payment has been received. |
