Unlike many other web hosts, we do not charge a set up fee.

You may cancel your account at any time simply by e-mailing us at support@efficienthosting.co.uk with your cancellation request. No period of notice is required and there are no cancellation fees, but we are unable to refund for any partially expired months.

We also offer an unconditional money back guarantee which may be claimed at any time during the first 30 days if you are in any way dissatisfied with our service.
